Good evening from my place, dear DA Disnerds out there! I hope you had a magical day so far!

Since I'm thinking about a third part of my series "...Or Rewrite History?", I did almost forget to show you my newest art projects I worked on the last weeks! I needed to improve my portrait skills, so I chose Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Swann and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner we can see in the great movie series "Pirates Of The Caribbean"! Actually Jack Sparrow was my only planned project but I had so much fun drawing him, that I decided to draw also the other two main characters. And when I got the special offer to present some of my art pieces at a café to sell them when somebody should be interested, I thought: "Hmmm, why not present some modern portaits?"

Alright, at first I will show you my drawing of the famous Jack Sparrow! I enjoyed drawing him, since there are so many eccentric things on his outer, if it's all this accessoires in his hair or his beard and the scars. I love to draw portraits of people with special marks, so Jack was perfect! Here you can see my first sketch of him I drew with a light pencil. I already created strong shadows with it, so I could work it out the best with my next utensils.
Then I worked with coal pencils in black and dark sepia and put shadows into it with silky black. I'm pretty satisfied with the realistic effect!

After this I decided to draw Elizabeth Swann, of course with her pirate hat  I was always amazed by the fighting skills and independence of her and I hope I can show this character with my art! Again I started with a light pencil.
Then I used coal. I do especially like the result of Elizabeth's hair!

At last I worked on Will Turner! To be honest, I'm not that professional and successful when it's about drawing men and I don't really know why, but I like how Will ended up, so I'll try to improve my skills even more by drawing more male stars. Here is my first sketch.
At last I used coal one more time! I had some problems with his hair which is flying in the wind but in the end I like it.

I hope you like my work and that this art pieces will find a new and nice home! Have a magical evening!
